Loyalty Points Scheme
Millwall Football Club introduced a new Loyalty Points Scheme for supporters ahead of the 2016/17 season.
The scheme was introduced to reward supporters who attend games on a regular basis and guarantees priority on the allocation of both home and away matches when demand exceeds supply.
The way in which supporters purchase tickets essentially remains the same. However, there may be occasions throughout the season when tickets are allocated first to supporters with a specific amount of points for particularly popular games.
The scheme automatically awards points when tickets are purchased for Millwall’s first team games.
All supporters on the club's ticketing database automatically join. If you have been given a Client ID number in the past, this means your details are on the system.
Those who purchase tickets for games must do so under individual Client ID numbers in order to be allocated points.
Supporters who purchase a season ticket will automatically be rewarded 230 points (10 points per game for all 23 home league fixtures).
