Junior Tiensia signed a professional contract at The Den for the 2019/20 season after a hugely progressive campaign as a second-year scholar.
A hard-working, energetic left-back, Junior's displays for the Academy led him to several appearances for the Under 23s in 2018/19, showing great promise.
The powerful defender has continued to excel in the club's youth setup in 2019/20 and 2020/21.
