180 cm

Midfielder Ben has progressed through the junior ranks at The Den to the senior squad and crowned his first full season winning both the Young Player of the Year and Goal of the Season honours.

Ben got his big chance in August 2014, making his senior debut in the Capital One Cup tie against Southampton.

The livewire midfielder then made his full debut in a 0-0 draw at Scunthorpe in August 2015, and went on to make 37 appearances in total, scoring two goals. The second of which, a 20-yard volley against Shrewsbury, won the fans' vote as the Goal of the Season.

Ben made 47 appearances in all competitions in 2016/17's promotion campaign, before playing a handful of games in the Sky Bet Championship the following year.

The central player has gone from strength to strength in recent months, spending the first half of 2018/19 under Kenny Jackett's stewardship at Portsmouth, successfully returning to become one of Neil Harris' key performers in a Lions shirt. Upon his comeback from the south coast, Ben scored four goals in 13 matches, rediscovering his status as one of the Millwall terrace favourites.

The midfielder has continued to excel in the Millwall blue under Gary Rowett, playing in an advanced midfield role.
