Isaac Olaofe made a return to action for Sutton United last weekend.
After a period out through injury, the striker replaced Donovan Wilson in the 62nd minute at Vale Park, but could not prevent his side slipping to a 2-0 Sky Bet League Two defeat to Port Vale.
Olaofe and his fellow Sutton team-mates, however, will now prepare for a historic trip to Wembley Stadium in the Papa John's Trophy Final against Rotherham United on Sunday afternoon.
Elsewhere, Joe Wright suffered defeat with Cray Wanderers as they were beaten 2-1 at home by Kingstonian in the Isthmian Premier Division.
There was no action for Mahlon Romeo or Arthur Penney - the latter has been recalled by The Lions - whilst Alex Mitchell and Dan Moss were absent from Leyton Orient's squad as they followed up a 2-0 success over Barrow with a loss of the same scoreline at Oldham Athletic on Tuesday night.
