George Saville was heavily involved as Northern Ireland wrapped up their 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifying campaign this past week.
The midfielder played 70 minutes as the Green and White Army were 1-0 victors over Lithuania courtesy of a Benas Satkus own-goal on Friday 12th November, before Saville was denied by a superb save from Gianluigi Donnarumma three days later in a goalless draw with European Champions Italy at Windsor Park.
Italy's failure to win means they have not automatically qualified for next year's tournament in Qatar and will have to contest the Play-Offs, whilst Northern Ireland finished third in Group C, one place and seven points behind Roberto Mancini's outfit.
