Millwall's Mahlon Romeo has joined Sky Bet League One side Portsmouth on loan until the end of the 2021/22 season.
The 25-year-old, who has made 221 appearances for The Lions since signing from Gillingham in 2015, will join up with Danny Cowley's side for the remainder of the campaign and will renew friendships with former Lions such as Shaun Williams and Ryan Tunnicliffe.
Romeo burst onto the scene in a Millwall shirt on his debut at Walsall in February 2016, netting a goal in a 3-0 win at the Bescot Stadium, and went on to become an integral part of the 2016/17 League One Play-Off winning side, making 40 appearances as the club gained promotion to the Sky Bet Championship.
Also starring in Millwall's run to the Emirates FA Cup Quarter-Finals in 2018/19, Romeo will now play his football at Fratton Park until May 2022.
All the best, Mahlon!
