Three of Millwall's young loanees were in action for their clubs this past weekend.
Isaac Olaofe continued his fine form for Sutton United, setting up a goal as they dispatched Altrincham 4-0 at Moss Lane.
Olaofe has enjoyed a successful spell at Gander Green Lane, scoring 13 times in 39 appearances as Sutton currently sit in second place in the Vanarama National League, just a point behind leaders Hartlepool United with three games in hand.
Sam Skeffington, meanwhile, helped Barnet to a 3-1 victory over Aldershot at The Hive in the same division. The Bees have struggled in the Vanarama National League this season, but secured a first win in two months by defeating The Shots.
Further continuing a successful weekend for The Lions' loanees was Alex Mitchell, who was involved in an important 2-1 win for Bromley at Chesterfield last Saturday.
“He was great,” Bromley boss Andy Woodman told the club's website. “He’s a young boy that’s come from Under 23s football and has probably never experienced anything like what he did today. I’m very, very lucky to have a connection with Millwall and Scott Fitzgerald.
“When you get people like that tell you what he’s going to do and he does it, it just cements the relationships and friendships you have in the game that tell you honestly about players. He didn’t disappoint anywhere along the line. He’s a real credit to himself, us, Scott and the academy at Millwall.”
Following that victory, Bromley have pushed themselves into the Play-Off picture and now sit in ninth place.
