Millwall Football Club has changed the process for season ticket holders to stream games via iFollow.
In a change to previous procedures, which has seen supporters sent a code to enter in their account prior to matchday, The Lions are now offering automatic access to season ticket holders simply by logging in to their iFollow account.
You can check that this will work for you by logging in, clicking your name (in the top right-hand corner of the screen) and then scrolling down to ‘Purchased Packages’. Click the plus (+) sign and you should have ‘Season Ticket – Millwall’ listed.
This process will conclude with Saturday afternoon's Sky Bet Championship visit of Bristol City.
However, if the email address linked to your iFollow account is different to the one linked to your Millwall ticketing account, the above does not apply to you and you have instead been sent a streaming code – please check your inbox ASAP and redeem your code well in advance of matchday.
If you cannot see the 'Season Ticket - Millwall' option and your email address for both your iFollow and ticketing account is the same, then it is imperative that you contact Shona Groves, Millwall’s Supporter Liaison Officer, by 5pm on Thursday 29th April at email@example.com. If you get in contact after this time, it is highly unlikely that your query will be answered in time for matchday.
If you have not received automatic access, or a streaming code, or have any further queries, please contact Shona Groves, Millwall’s Supporter Liaison Officer, as soon as possible, on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that season ticket holders will continue to receive free access to streams of home games ONLY. Access to iFollow streaming will be available to all 2020/21 season ticket holders.
If you are not a 2020/21 season ticket holder but still wish to watch The Lions against Bristol City, then iFollow Match Passes are available – at a cost of £10 – by clicking here.
