Millwall ask 2020/21 season ticket holders to confirm social bubble details

Millwall Football Club is reminding 2020/21 season ticket holders of the need to confirm their social bubbles as soon as possible ahead of next Saturday's return of fans to The Den.

This needs to be done urgently in order to ensure you are able to attend matches, beginning with the visit of Derby County on Saturday 5th December.

The club politely requests that all outstanding social bubbles are confirmed by Monday 30th November. Your seat(s) cannot be guaranteed in time for the first match with supporters unless this deadline is met.

Please note that if you have already contacted the club to confirm that you will be seated alone and are not part of a bubble then you can disregard this email. If you haven’t done that but need to do so, please email to confirm accordingly.

Supporters can check if they have selected their social bubble already by checking their purchase history in their ticket account.

How do I select my bubble?

If you plan to attend matches as part of a bubble with other season ticket holders then please follow these steps:

1) You will not be able to select your bubble unless you have already reset your password on the new ticket system. If you have not yet done that then you can find out how to by following the steps available to view by clicking here.

2) Once you have reset your password, and before selecting your bubble, you will need to add family and/or friends to your account if you have not already done so. Find out how to do that and then how to select the people within your bubble by clicking here.

3) Start the process of selecting your bubble by clicking here.

Please note that as things stand you can only add supporters who hold a 2020/21 season ticket into your bubble.

Will I be sitting in my normal seat?

As a result of the latest COVID-19 regulations and advice, the club – alongside ticketing partner Advanced – has produced a new socially-distanced stadium map. We regret that we may not be able to position you in your regular seat or the one you have previously requested, but we hope to select one as close as possible and ensure you’re sitting with those within your bubble. Please note that you will be able to return to your regular seat when the club is able to revert back to its pre-COVID stadium map.

What if I get stuck?

If you are having trouble selecting your social bubble then please email and staff will assist as quickly as possible.

How can I check that my bubble has completed successfully?

To check if your social bubble has been successfully completed, log in to, go to My Account > Purchase History, and your screen should look like the below screenshot.

I am seeing this error message - what is wrong?

If you are seeing the below error message, then a supporter within the social bubble you are currently trying to select has already selected their social bubble, therefore, the supporter(s) can not be added. This can be checked in each supporters purchase history.
