iFollow streaming codes sent out to Millwall season ticket holders

Step-by-step guide on what to do next

28 June 2020

Millwall can confirm that streaming codes to watch the remaining fixtures of 2019/20 on iFollow have now been emailed out to the club’s season ticket holder database.

If you have received your code then you should redeem it as quickly as possible by following our step-by-step guide available to view by clicking here. Doing so will ensure that if you encounter any issues they can be sorted out well in advance of matchday.

As per previous communications from the club, the code will allow any season ticket holder to watch every single minute of the rest of Millwall’s 2019/20 campaign on iFollow, including games which have been selected for Sky Sports coverage.

If you are under the age of 18 then you will need a parent or guardian to register for an iFollow account on your behalf before redeeming your code.

Please note that if you redeem your code at any point you will invalidate any claim for a pro-rata refund on your 2019/20 season ticket. If you have already requested a refund or plan to in the future then under no circumstances should you redeem the code sent to you.

If you are using an iMac computer or MacBook laptop then please redeem your code and use iFollow on the Google Chrome browser and not Safari as we have been informed of technical issues with the latter.

I have not received an email with my code.

If you have not received an email then firstly please check your spam/junk folder. If you still cannot find it there then it is likely the club does not have an up-to-date or valid email address for you. We will therefore be in touch with you by text message to the mobile number linked to your account as soon as possible.

If you have not received an email or text message then please email Shona Groves, the club’s supporter liaison officer, on

I’ve never used iFollow. How can I watch the games?

You can watch live match streams on iFollow either on a desktop computer, laptop, tablet or mobile device.

In order to watch the live streams on a tablet or mobile device you will need to do so via the official Millwall app which can be downloaded in the App Store if you’re using iOS or via Google Play if yours is an Android device.

You cannot watch live streams via the browser on your tablet/mobile – only through the app.

What do I need to do on matchdays?

Streams will go live one hour before kick-off ahead of every match. You should log-in as early as possible within that hour to ensure you can connect correctly and that the stream is functioning on your device. It is imperative you allow as much time as possible to spot any issues which in turn will give the streaming providers more time to work on any problems.

Who should I contact if I have a problem?

Endeavour Streaming is the company used for the distribution of live video content on iFollow. They will also be handling all customer service enquiries.

You can get in touch with them by email to

I’m not a season ticket holder but I want to watch the games on iFollow.

Any game not selected for coverage on Sky Sports (so currently all fixtures excluding the Swansea City and Charlton Athletic ones) will be available to all other fans to watch live on iFollow by purchasing a ‘Match Pass’. These are priced at £10 if you are in the UK and £5 for international fans (in the equivalent currency).

If you are based abroad and have a seasonal video pass for iFollow then all matches other than those selected for Sky Sports coverage will be available for you to watch as normal as part of your subscription.

Match Passes are now on sale for the home match against Middlesbrough. To buy yours please click here and scroll down to the Match Pass section.

Other fixtures which can be watched live on iFollow will appear here when available to purchase.

I have a different query.

If you have a query or issue which is not addressed in the above then please email Shona Groves, the club’s supporter liaison officer, on
