Millwall Football Club can now confirm its procedure around refunds to supporters who purchased tickets for the games against Derby County, Barnsley, Swansea City and Charlton Athletic which were due to take place before the 2019/20 season was suspended back in March.
If you had a ticket for one or more of those matches then you will be entitled to a full refund and in order to claim yours please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your full name, address and membership number in the email.
If you have already contacted the club about obtaining a refund on these match tickets then you do not need to do so again as your claim has been noted.
Alternatively, the club is offering supporters the opportunity to donate their refund money towards a pledge that Millwall are making to the Community Trust to assist with their ongoing operations during the COVID-19 pandemic. You can notify the club of your intention to take up this option also by emailing email@example.com.
If you wish to claim a cash refund then you must send your email by 6pm on Friday 31st July. Money from any refunds not claimed by that deadline will be included in the club’s pledge to the Community Trust.
