Millwall Football Club is pleased to confirm that Luke Steele has re-joined The Lions on loan from Nottingham Forest until the end of the 2019/20 season.
The 35-year-old goalkeeper spent the first-half of the campaign with the club but returned to The City Ground earlier this month.
However, an unfortunate injury to Frank Fielding has left Gary Rowett with just two senior stoppers in Bartosz Bialkowski and Ryan Sandford and Steele's return boosts the manager's options in that position with 17 games left to play this season.
Steele's two appearances for the club so far both came in the Carabao Cup in August.
Fielding has now undergone surgery on an injury on his arm and everyone at the club wishes him the absolute best throughout his recovery.
