Millwall Football Club is delighted to announce that Shaun Williams has signed a new one-year contract at The Den.

The 33-year-old midfielder, who signed for The Lions from MK Dons in January 2014, has extended his stay in SE16 by a further 12 months.

Since making his debut as a 60th-minute substitute for Nicky Bailey in a 1-1 home draw with Sheffield Wednesday at The Den in 2014, Williams has made 257 appearances for the club, scoring 22 goals, and has been an integral part in events such as Millwall's 2017 Sky Bet League One Play-Off Final victory and the subsequent eighth-placed finish in The Championship the following season.
