Ahead of the Sky Bet Championship trip to Wigan Athletic on Saturday afternoon (kick-off 3pm), midfielder Jed Wallace is determined for the squad to continue moving forward at the 'business end' of the season.
Millwall travel to The Latics in search of a second consecutive away win after victory at Preston North End last week, which would set The Lions up perfectly for back-to-back League games at The Den.
Wallace has been a pivotal part of Gary Rowett's side so far this season. A consistent starter under the gaffer, the winger has 10 goals to his name this campaign and will be eyeing up goal number 11 against Wigan, a game he feels will be difficult as The Latics 'fight for their lives.'
Looking ahead to the fixture, Wallace insists the squad can't stop and admire where they've got to so far this season, and must continue focusing on picking up results from teams across the table.
Speaking to millwallfc.co.uk, he said: "We've not been great against the bottom teams this season so we need to rectify that, hopefully starting Saturday. We feel confident, we look solid at the back and we're scoring goals going forward.
"We had our targets at the start of the season which I think most people knew about and we've certainly achieved that already. So for us, anything more is a bonus but we're also not resting on that.
"We're not happy with what we've achieved so far and we feel like we're one of the best teams in the League and hopefully come the end of the season, the table will show that."
