Gary Rowett was pleased with his players' reaction in the second-half on Saturday afternoon after Millwall battled back to secure a point against Bristol City.
The afternoon started in bad fashion, with Pedro Pereira giving The Robins a 10th-minute lead in South London, hammering the ball into the bottom corner after Famara Diedhiou's knock-down.
Rowett expected a reaction in the second-half - and that is exactly what his players gave him, with Matt Smith bundling home a Connor Mahoney corner shortly after the restart to level the scores.
The Lions continued to create chances but failed to find the clinical finish, leaving manager Gary Rowett frustrated to see his side unable to take advantage of their opportunities.
Speaking to millwallfc.co.uk, Rowett said: "The second-half we were much better. Some of the passing was better, some of the balls into the box was better, we just ran with more aggression.
"When we scored we thoroughly deserved it. It's another good side in Bristol City who are challenging for the top six, I thought we were the better side for 70 minutes of the game.
"We've had 12 or 13 shots to their three but we just couldn't find that finish once again."
