Millwall Football Club wishes to provide the following update to supporters surrounding the sale of season tickets for 2020/21.
The club continues to work hard on finding a set of solutions that maximise the number of season ticket holders in attendance as well as the amount of tickets available on a match-by-match basis once spectators are allowed access to professional sport events. The club’s plans must also be shaped by the latest Sports Ground Safety Authority (SGSA) guidelines and regulations.
Season tickets for 2020/21 will not go back on sale until those plans are finalised.
In the mean time, the club will soon contact everyone who has already purchased a season ticket for the new campaign to provide information on anticipated changes to the matchday experience for supporters and an update on necessary adjustments to terms and conditions.
Once that consultation period is complete then the club will issue another announcement detailing the selling strategy for all remaining season tickets as well as a date for when they will be available to purchase. Supporters who held season tickets in 2019/20 will be given full priority for renewals and also the tickets set to be made available on a match-by-match basis.
It is hoped that any matches played behind-closed-doors or with reduced capacities will once again be made available for streaming on iFollow, though that cannot yet be confirmed.
The club would like to remind supporters that the Ticket Office and its call centre remain closed. The club’s ticketing website – www.millwalltickets.com – remains under maintenance while the switchover to a new provider continues.
The Lions Store is also closed but fans can purchase items online, including the new home kit, by clicking here.
