Gary Rowett says he is excited to progress a project at such a "passionate" club as Millwall, and has high ambitions to gradually help move the club towards.
The 45-year-old former Stoke City, Derby County and Birmingham City boss signed a contract with The Lions on Monday afternoon, and will take charge of his first Sky Bet Championship match this Saturday at The Den against The Potters.
In his first interview since taking the managerial position in SE16, Rowett discusses progressing the club forward, what he plans to implement on the team and the confidence he has in the supporters to continue to play an integral part.
