Preview | Millwall v Wigan Athletic

Tuesday night at The Den

26 November 2019

Millwall welcome Wigan Athletic to The Den in the Sky Bet Championship on Tuesday night (kick-off 7.45pm).

The Lions arrive back in SE16 having secured a second successive win - and first on the road in 2019/20 - on Saturday after defeating Swansea City 1-0, and will look for a further three points against Paul Cook's Latics side.

Jayson Molumby missed the meeting at the Liberty Stadium, but the young Irishman's fitness will be assessed ahead of kick-off, whilst Jason McCarthy and Shane Ferguson are set to be on the sidelines for a period through injury. Frank Fielding and Ryan Leonard, meanwhile, are making steady progress in their respective comebacks, however this game will come too soon for the duo.

Tickets for Tuesday's match will be on sale up until kick-off, but if you are unable to make it to The Den, then full match commentary will be available on iFollow Millwall, with coverage starting at around 7.40pm. UK and international subscribers can also watch all the action from SE16 on iFollow - click here for more details.

There will be NO Family Fun Zone on Tuesday, but the SE16 Bar - and Blue Bus - will be open prior to kick-off for supporters to soak up the atmosphere with a pre-match pint. Murray Wallace features on the front of tonight's matchday programme, which will be on sale around the ground for just £3 - with all the usual stats, facts and features inside, make sure you pick up your copy!

If you're looking for some pre-match reading, Alex Pearce, Jed Wallace, Connor Mahoney and Ben Thompson have all spoke to millwallfc.co.uk since the win in South Wales, whilst our opposition preview can be found by clicking here.
