Millwall hosted its first-ever 'Big Sleepover' at The Den on Wednesday night, with hundreds of fans coming together to help raise money for homelessness charity Crisis.
Over 150 tents were put up on the pitch before hoards of Lions supporters arrived for the unique opportunity to stay overnight on the playing surface.
After a DJ finished his set, two films were played on the big screen and there was an array of other activities for youngsters to enjoy, including dart football, a bouncy castle, an inflatable bowling alley, an inflatable penalty shootout, arts and crafts and facepainting.
The club would like to place on record its gratitude to all volunteers who helped in the build-up and on the night of the event, as well as the companies who contributed to a memorable evening, and fans who donated sleeping bags and more.
Millwall would like to thank:
Euro Office, for donating flags and banners
Dennehy Weller & Co, for donating goodie bags for juniors
Argos, for a financial donation towards the tents ordered
Tall Order Entertainment, who provided the DJ for free
Play on the Pitch, for a financial donation towards Crisis UK
Missy Magic Mirror, for providing their selfie booth free-of-charge
Hollywood Bowl, for bringing their portable bowling lane for free
Soccer Darts, for providing their inflatable dart football game for free
Brakes, for donating food for dinner and breakfast
Millwall Supporters' Club, for assisting with the running of the evening
Millwall Community Trust, for their help with organising and providing football coaching on the night
All profits from the event, as well as all tents and sleeping equipment, will be donated to Crisis. You can find out more about the charity by clicking here.
