Millwall take on Brighton & Hove Albion in the Emirates FA Cup Quarter-Finals at The Den on Sunday afternoon (kick-off 2pm) with a place in a Wembley Semi-Final on offer.
As Millwall embark on another appearance in the competition's last eight, millwallfc.co.uk takes a look back at a selection of The Lions' Quarter-Finals in our gallery above, beginning with a game against Southampton in 1927. The first match finished goalless at The Den, with Southampton winning the replay 2-0.
Following that, Millwall were 2-0 victors over Manchester City in the last eight in 1937 on their way to the Semi-Finals and a meeting with Sunderland, before The Lions' quest to reach the last four in 1978 fell at the final hurdle as Ipswich Town were 6-1 winners at The Den.
After defeating Enfield Town, Crystal Palace and Chelsea, Millwall's 1984/5 FA Cup campaign came to an end at Luton Town, with the next Quarter-Final tie coming in 2004, as Kevin Muscat had a penalty saved in a goalless draw versus Tranmere Rovers at The Den. A vintage first-half showing, however, saw The Lions advance to an Old Trafford Semi-Final against Sunderland in the Prenton Park replay, winning 2-1.
After a 0-0 draw at home, another Semi-Final appearance was secured in 2013 as Danny Shittu's header won the replay at Ewood Park against Blackburn Rovers, before the club's last adventure into the last eight came in 2017 at White Hart Lane against Tottenham Hotspur - in the last-ever Cup-tie played at the old ground.
