Millwall Football Club can confirm that Jem Karacan has left The Den.
The 29-year-old midfielder made six appearances in all competitions for The Lions following his arrival last August, including four in the Sky Bet Championship.
Karacan's spell was his second at The Den, having spent a period on loan with the club in 2008 as a teenager.
Manager Neil Harris said: "Jem has been a big part of the squad since he arrived. He's made a significant contribution for us and his attitude and professionalism has been nothing short of outstanding day-in, day-out, in training and in preparation for matches.
"Jem is one of the very best pros that I've worked with and I wish him nothing but good luck for the future."
Everyone at the club would like to thank Jem for his contribution this season and wishes him the very best in his future career.
