Preview | Oxford United v Millwall

Carabao Cup action returns...

27 August 2019

Millwall face their third consecutive away trip on Tuesday night as The Lions travel to Oxford United in Round Two of the Carabao Cup (kick-off 7.45pm).

Neil Harris' side face The U's after defeating West Bromwich Albion at The Hawthorns in Round One, and will now do battle with the Sky Bet League One side for a place in Round Three.

Tom Bradshaw scored with his first touch after coming on as a substitute in Saturday's 1-1 draw at Middlesbrough, and the manager must now decide whether to hand the striker a start, or keep him on the bench. Alternatively, Matt Smith, Aiden O'Brien and Jon Dadi Bodvarsson are options in attack, whilst Tom Elliott may play a part after returning from injury.

There are plenty of other decisions elsewhere for Harris, with as many as the eight changes - or more - seen at The Hawthorns perhaps set to be replicated.

If you are unable to make it to the Kassam Stadium, then full match commentary will be available on iFollow Millwall from around 7.40pm. Due to Carabao Cup rights, video coverage of this fixture is unavailable to UK and international subscribers. Click here for more details.

Supporters who have been unable to collect tickets from The Den for this fixture will be able to do so from the Kassam Stadium's North Stand Ticket Office, which will open 90 minutes before kick-off.

Icelandic frontman Bodvarsson has been speaking to millwallfc.co.uk in the build-up to Tuesday's Cup-tie, whilst you can take a look at our opposition preview by clicking here.
