History is being made in the EFL this season as fixtures across the Sky Bet Championship, Sky Bet League One and Sky Bet League Two are live-streamed to football fans in the UK and Ireland.
Fixtures are domestically streamed to viewers in the UK and Ireland, with iFollow becoming the only place to watch enhanced four-camera coverage of Sky Bet Championship matches in 2018/19 at a cost of just £10 per match.
The coverage is set to continue this week as Lions fans unable to make Tuesday's visit of Wigan Athletic can watch all the action from The Den unfold on iFollow.
Supporters watching coverage via the iFollow platform, which is available through a club’s official website or App, will also be able to keep up to date with scores from around the games, with live text updates provided as the goals go in throughout the EFL.
The action doesn’t come to halt after this week, as fans in the UK and Ireland can watch future live EFL League games provided that:
- They fall outside of UEFA’s Article 48 Blocked Hours (2.45-5.15pm on a Saturday)
- They fall outside Bank Holidays
- They have not been selected for broadcast on Sky Sports
These developments will also benefit overseas subscribers with the enhanced production values being made in all locations, despite international prices remaining frozen from 2017/18 when the service was introduced to overseas subscribers. Audio commentary is also available to both overseas and domestic supporters.
