Millwall Football Club hosted its first Fans Forum of the 2018/19 season at The Den on Thursday evening.
Manager Neil Harris and chief executive Steve Kavanagh took questions from supporters in attendance, while MSC chairperson Kathryn Gale and Micky Simpson, fan on the board, were also on the top table.
In the first hour, Harris was open and honest about the club's transfer dealings this summer and shared his confidence about adding one more target to his squad before the loan window comes to an end. The boss also discussed the club's Academy and potential prospects for the future, as well as its scouting strategy in regards to players from non league divisions, and hailed the unison between the team and Lions fans in the past two seasons.
Attention turned to matters off the pitch during the second hour when Kavanagh took over from Harris and tackled questions on a range of varied topics relating to matchdays and new initiatives, as well as offering insight into the process behind changes to kick-off times and dates for away games.
Thank you to all those who attended!
