Preview | Millwall v Leeds United

Our preview ahead of Sky Bet Championship meeting...

15 September 2017

Millwall return to The Den on Saturday afternoon as they host Leeds United in the Sky Bet Championship (kick-off 3pm).

After Tuesday's ding-dong draw at Queens Park Rangers, The Lions welcome their rivals to south London looking for a second League win of the campaign.

They will, however, come up against a Leeds side who are top of the League and unbeaten so far this season.

Millwall will welcome back Aiden O'Brien from suspension, but will be without Lee Gregory, who begins his three-match ban after Tuesday night's red card, and Tom Elliott, who will miss taking on his former club through injury.

The two sides have met 34 times previously, with the score locked at 15-15, but The Lions' recent record at The Den is strong - the last three matches have seen Millwall claim maximum points without conceding a goal.

Ross McCormack was on target the last time The Whites claimed victory in south London in a 1-0 win in March 2012.

Saturday's Championship encounter is nearing a sell-out and the club strongly advises that those collecting tickets prior to kick-off give themselves maixmum time to do so, as queues are certain to be lengthy.
