Lions duo are unavailable for the trip to Loftus Road.
Neil Harris will make changes for the Sky Bet Championship fixture at QPR with Aiden O'Brien and Tom Elliott (injury) ruled out of the London derby.
O'Brien was sent off at Molineux after receiving a second yellow card in the 1-0 defeat to Wolves on Saturday and won't be available for the short trip west.
"We have a few knocks, bumps and bruises and a few players will be assessed before kick-off," Harris told millwallfc.co.uk.
"There is a possible need for fresh legs and a change of shape but whatever team I put out will be a competitive Millwall side."
The Lions boss expects an electric atmosphere at Loftus Road and has backed his players to rise to the occassion on Tuesday night.
"It adds spice doesn't it, a London derby," he added. "Loftus Road is a great arena, fantastic atmosphere and it's a tight pitch that always suits Millwall teams.
"We weren't at our best on Saturday against Wolves. We maybe showed them a little too much respect - but it's hard not to against quality opposition.
"I think at this level it's key that when you are under pressure, when your back is against the wall that you stay in the game because every single point is vital.
"What you get with QPR is they are very adaptable. It's difficult to set a game plan against them because Ollie [Ian Holloway] likes to rotate and go off the cuff.
"But we have to focus on ourselves and be prepared for a tough test."
