Preview | Cardiff City v Millwall

A look ahead to Saturday's south Wales encounter...

27 October 2017

Millwall travel to Cardiff City on Saturday afternoon (kick-off 3pm) looking to build on last weekend's televised victory over Birmingham City.

The Lions are yet to win away from home this season, but will take confidence from a relatively comfortable evening against The Blues as they meet Neil Warnock's promotion-chasing side.

Neil Harris will once again be without long-term absentees Shaun Williams and Byron Webster, whilst Fred Onyedinma will be assessed before kick-off in south Wales.

The two clubs will meet for the 65th time this weekend, with Millwall just about holding the upper hand, having won 21 of those games to Cardiff's 20.

A goalless draw was played out in the last meeting in April 2015, whilst Danny Shittu's header settled matters at The Den earlier that season in a 1-0 success.

Around 1,000 supporters will back the boys in Cardiff on Saturday and the home side have published a guide for away fans wishing to make the most of their day across the Severn Bridge. Click here to view it.

Fans wanting to collect match tickets on the day can find them at Gate 12, which is located by the away end of the Cardiff City Stadium.

For those not attending, full LIVE match commentary will be available on iFollow Millwall from around 2.50pm, whilst international subscribers can watch Saturday's game LIVE. Click here for more details.
