Lions striker embracing Play-Off pressure
Lee Gregory believes the dramatic fashion in which Millwall secured their place in the Sky Bet League One Play-Offs has unified the group.
The Lions scraped into the top six with a last-gasp winner at Bristol Rovers on Sunday afternoon, setting up a Semi-Final tie with Scunthorpe this week.
"It was nuts, absolutely crazy," Gregory told millwallfc.co.uk.
"The lads have come in absolutely buzzing this week. To make it through in the fashion that we did, winning 4-3 away from home is a fantastic feeling and we can't wait for Thursday.
"To be honest, I thought we may have blown our chance when Bristol Rovers scored a late equaliser, but we've proved that we can dig deep and get a late winner when it matters."
The 28-year-old scored twice in the final match of the regular season at Memorial Stadium, taking his League tally to 17 for the current campaign.
"To score two goals on Sunday, two really valuable goals - it's good for me," he added.
"I'm feeling good and hope that I can get a few more and help the team get back to Wembley.
"We know we can beat any team at The Den. We have beaten three Premier League teams and it's a difficult place for our opposition to visit.
"Hopefully we can do the job at home and follow it up at their place on Sunday."Tweets by @MillwallFC
