The manager issues an injury update

Lions boss hopes to have fully-fit squad available for Play-Off tie

Neil Harris says a number of players will be monitored ahead of Thursday evening's Play-Off tie against Scunthorpe as they look to shake off a virus that swept through the camp before the final match of the season.

"Sunday was a bit of a disaster to be honest," Harris laughed in an interview with millwallfc.co.uk

"I woke up to find that three or four of the players were ill and they carried that sickness all day, right through to the coach ride home.

"We have to be really careful over the next 48 hours going into the game because there may be a last minute call on certain players."

The Lions boss has no fresh injury concerns going into the first-leg at The Den. Centre-back Shaun Hutchinson successfully made his return from a rib injury in the victory over Bristol Rovers and is expected to again be fit for selection.

"I have twenty senior players that are itching to play and they know their roles if they're selected," Harris added.

"Those that played on Sunday afternoon got through the match without any serious injuries or niggles and I will have some decisions to make when I pick a team."
