All to play for after first leg stalemate...
Millwall and Scunthorpe United will have it all to play for in Sunday's second leg after a goalless draw in Thursday night's Sky Bet League One Play-Off Semi-Final first leg at The Den.
Millwall manager Neil Harris made just one change from the side that dramatically defeated Bristol Rovers 4-3 on the final day of the regular campaign on Sunday, with Jed Wallace replacing David Worrall.
Backed a raucous Den atmosphere, The Lions made the early running and forced Scunthorpe into two clearances from inside their own six-yard box.
The first 10 minutes ebbed and flowed in typical Play-Off style, with no real chances at either end - a whipped-in free-kick causing The Iron their only minor issue.
On 26 minutes, Millwall were presented with their first real chance of the evening. A misplaced Iron pass saw Wallace pick the ball up inside the centre-circle, but after the winger's through-ball found Lee Gregory, the striker could only shoot straight at Joe Anyon.
With ten minutes until the half-time break, Wallace's free-kick skidded along the ground and caused Anyon to fumble, but the goalkeeper collected the ball at the second attempt.
Chaos ensued in the Scunthorpe penalty area as the half drew to a close, but Jordan Clarke was just able to head away from danger, conceding a corner-kick.
Early Iron pressure was soaked up in the second-half, with two teasing Wallace crosses causing the visitors problems shortly after, but to no avail for The Lions.
On 56 minutes, Shane Ferguson's corner almost found the head of last Sunday's hero, Shaun Hutchinson, but Tony Craig blazed over from the rebound. At the other end, Neal Bishop flicked wide, whilst Josh Morris fired over on the hour mark.
Substitute Mahlon Romeo shot wide with 20 minutes remaining, whilst seven minutes later, Steve Morison could only produce a tame effort which rolled into Anyon's arms.
Both sides huffed and puffed in an attempt to edge a first leg lead, but it will all come down to Sunday's second leg at Glanford Park.
