"We've got nothing to lose and everything to gain," says the manager
Neil Harris claims Millwall have "earned the right" to challenge Premier League heavyweights Tottenham Hotspur in the Emirates FA Cup Quarter-Final this Sunday (kick-off 2pm).
After defeating three top-flight sides in AFC Bournemouth, Watford and Leicester City already in the competition so far this season, The Lions now travel to White Hart Lane with a Wembley Semi-Final up for grabs.
"I'm looking forward to it. The test in front of us speaks for itself - it's a huge fixture," stated Harris.
"Not only are we playing in an FA Cup Quarter-Final - the best club competition in the world - but we are also going to Tottenham Hotspur, who are a really talented side.
"But, we've earned the right to pit ourselves against one of the best in the country. We've got nothing to lose and everything to gain."
The Lions are 16/1 to claim victory in north London this weekend, with Spurs the red-hot favourites to progress to the last four.
The manager added: "The pressure is on Tottenham. They've got 30,000 people turning up expecting them to beat League One Millwall.
"In previous rounds, we've been given more of an opportunity to get through having home advantage, but the experts have written us off.
"Spurs have taken the Cup seriously. Mauricio Pochettino wants to win the trophy and the fan base demand it.
"At this stage of the competition, you want to play the best players and the best teams. Ourselves and Lincoln City are in great company with six Premier League sides still left with top squads."
