All the stats and facts ahead of Tuesday night's meeting...
The games keep coming thick and fast for Millwall, with Port Vale providing the next Sky Bet League One opposition this Tuesday night (7.45pm) at The Den.
After Saturday's 1-0 victory over Southend United - a win that saw The Lions leapfrog their opponents and into the top six - Neil Harris' side are now 11 matches unbeaten and will look to extend that run against The Valiants.
They will also look to avenge a defeat in the corresponding fixture back in September, where Lee Gregory's penalty was the only joy of note for Millwall in a 3-1 defeat at Vale Park.
Tuesday night's meeting will be the 50th between the two clubs, with Port Vale currently holding the upper hand historically, winning 22 times to Millwall's 17.
The most recent of The Lions' successes came at The Den in January 2016, as Steve Morison added the gloss to a Gregory double - with one coming from the penalty spot - in a 3-1 win.
That completed a 2015/16 double over Vale for Millwall, as Gregory was on the spot once more in Burslem, securing three points in a 2-0 win after Mark Beevers had given The Lions the lead just before the hour-mark.
Lewis Grabban, Marc Laird and David Martin eased Kenny Jackett's side to a 3-0 win in February 2008, whilst back in April 2001, Richard Sadlier's 17th minute opener edged The Lions one step closer to promotion and the Division Two title in a 1-0 victory.
January 1996 saw Sergei Yuran and Vassili Kulkov make their Den debuts amid much anticipation, but they could not stop Martin Foyle and Tony Naylor sending Port Vale back home with all three points in a 2-1 win.
