Oxford United v Millwall - the stats

28 October 2016

Take a look back at our video when the two teams last met

Oxford United and Millwall meet for the 52nd time on Saturday - and The Lions will be looking to maintain a 100 per cent win rate at the Kassam Stadium.

Neil Harris' charges have won 22 of the previous 51 meetings compared to 17 victories for The U's, with the remaining 12 games ending in draws.

Having not met since 2001, the two teams locked horns twice last season in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy (now Checkatrade Trophy). The U's won 2-0 at The Den and Millwall edged a 1-0 success at the Kassam Stadium on their first ever visit to the ground in February courtesy of Lee Gregory's neat second-half finish.

Since 1996 meetings between the two teams have always resulted in a clear winner overall, and the first team to score has always gone on to be victorious!

Sky Bet have Millwall priced at 15/2 to repeat that 1-0 scoreline, with The Lions 8/5 to win by any score. Oxford are priced at 17/10 with the draw 23/10.
