Youngster Ben calls for passionate crowd
Millwall midfielder Ben Thompson is looking forward to his first taste of playing inside a packed Den when Bradford City visit for Friday's Play-Off Semi-Final second leg.
The Lions lead Phil Parkinson's side 3-1 on aggregate following an impressive display at the Coral Windows Stadium last Sunday but still have plenty of hard work to do if they are to book a place in the Final at Wembley.
Tickets for Friday's game are sold out in all home ends and Thompson, whose tenacious midfield displays have been key to Millwall's form in recent months, has called on supporters to help create a special atmosphere at The Den.
"It's a big occasion for us," he said.
"I've never played in front of a full house at The Den so I'm really looking forward to it, as are the rest of the boys. I'm sure the noise inside the stadium will be phenomenal the whole night.
"I was in the crowd for the Play-Off game against Huddersfield and the atmosphere that night was unbelievable. If Friday is anything like that then it will be a really special game.
"We want it to be passionate because that will be to our advantage.
"Having the fans' backing will be a huge help and we want to reward them for their support with a positive result."
