Fans favourite ready for fourth appearance at the national stadium

Jimmy Abdou looks set to become the first Millwall player to appear for the club four times at Wembley Stadium.

Only David Forde and the Comoros international will be in the squad for Sunday's League One Play-Off Final encounter with Barnsley, having also started against Scunthorpe in 2009, Swindon 12 months later in addition to the FA Cup Semi-Final against Wigan in 2013.

Typically, the popular midfielder, who has twice been named Lions Player of the Year, is taking the next big occasion in his stride.

"I'm looking forward to another Final with Millwall," he said. "As a player that is the place you want to play, but we are focused on winning.

"I have lost and won there, so we will be ready to do our very best to make sure it is our day on Sunday.

"I have been very lucky to have had so many chances to play at Wembley with Millwall. The fans have always been very good to me here and I want to make it a special day for them."
