The boss previews Sunday's Play-Off with Bradford
Neil Harris says that Millwall will need to show their resolute side during Sunday's Sky Bet League One Play-Off Semi-Final first leg away to Bradford City (12.15pm).
The Lions travel to the Coral Windows Stadium with the aim of securing a positive result going into next Friday's return leg at The Den.
But Phil Parkinson's side head into Sunday's fixture on the back of seven straight home wins, during which they have conceded just the one goal.
It promises to be a challenging first leg but Harris is urging his players to enjoy the experience and occasion.
"We're very much looking forward to it," he said.
"We have worked extremely hard to get where we are and you don't get two better opposition, or two better games, than Bradford v Millwall in this division.
"It is two very good, competitive teams who are really evenly matched, so it's a tough challenge.
"Play-Offs can be a little bit cagey or they can be really open and feisty. We'll have to see how Sunday's game pans out but we're looking for a solid performance and at times we will need to be resolute and dig in.
"Bradford will be in our faces and fairly direct at times. They will put lots of balls into the box so we will have to stand strong, and then we will have to use our quality going the other way.
"We have come such a long way this season in a short space of time. The momentum we've generated needs to be carried into Sunday's game, which the boys are excited for. It's a big occasion and one which they should enjoy.
"We have to make sure that we're mentally and physically correct and what's important to remember is that while luck is involved in Play-Off games, it's about the players' mentality. When those opportunities come it's about seizing them."
