A brace of Milllwall strikers are on air tonightIt seemed to hang in the air for hours. Time slowed to a crawl as the ball described a long, lazy arc towards the goal mouth. A pin drop would have been deafening in the hush of 40,000 indrawn breaths. And then the disbelief, the explosion, as the ball dropped below the Scunthorpe crossbar, and those 40,000 breaths were expelled in a deafening cacophony of joy and celebration.
For those lucky supporters who witnessed Gary Alexander's stunning goal in the 2009 Play-Off final at Wembley, it will remain a stand-out moment, forever emblazoned on the collective memories of Millwall fans everywhere. One, indeed, to tell the grandchildren.
Gary will be in the Lions Live studio tonight (7 - 9pm) to recall his Millwall days and his continuing interest in The Lions fortunes.
Second on tonight's programme is a man hoping to steer his team towards another visit to Wembley's hallowed turf.
Current Millwall skipper Steve Morison has been instrumental in the team's success this season and he will be joining the Lions Live team tonight to talk about Sunday's crucial Play-Off game at the Coral Windows Stadium.
All of the programme's guests are open to questions, so have your phones at the ready and get in touch in one of the following three ways.
The winner of this week's competition will be able to eat their Sunday roast in, hopefully, celebratory style. A Lions Live plate with be adorning the dinner table of the lucky winner.
