Millwall to host open training session

31 July 2016

Watch Harris' side train in SE16

Lions fans can come and watch Millwall prepare for the first League game of the season with an open training session at The Den on Tuesday 2nd August.

The stadium will open at 10am ahead of a 10.30am start to training, which will run for approximately an hour and a quarter before supporters can then make the most of the opportunity to collect autographs and have photos taken with the management and players, including the club's summer signings David Worrall, Shaun Hutchinson and Gregg Wylde.

Entry is free to all season ticket holders, MSC members and Junior Lions on production of your TeamCard. If you are yet to become either of those three for 2016/17 then don't worry as you can join at the Ticket Office on the day, which will be open from 9.30am.

The Lions Store will also be open for fans looking to purchase the new kit as well as Errea training wear and other merchandise, and Zampa and Bolina will be on hand to entertain young fans too.

This is a unique opportunity for season ticket holders, MSC Members and Junior Lions to see how Millwall prepare for games behind-the-scenes ahead of the season opener against Oldham Athletic just four days later.

Neil Harris said: "It is a pleasure to invite fans to The Den to watch the boys get ready for the first game of the new campaign.

"Those who come down will see just how much effort and commitment the squad put into every session and the players are really looking forward to meeting fans, having photos and signing autographs after training has finished."

Entry will be via Gate W1.
