Millwall keeper David Forde joins journalist and author Chris Davies on tonight's Lions Live

13 January 2016

It's an earlier Wednesday night show this week

For those of you fastidiously crossing off the days on your wall calendar, anxiously awaiting your next Lions Live fix - BE WARNED! Due to Millwall's JPT fixture against Oxford United on Thursday evening, this week's programme has been hauled back by a whole 24 hours to tonight.

The Lions Live team will be broadcasting their usual brand of footballing wit and wisdom this evening and looking ahead to the JPT fixture which could see The Lions take a big step towards another Wembley visit.

First on the show tonight is a journalist and author who's resume includes stints at Shoot magazine, the Daily Star, the Sunday People, and 20 years at the Daily Telegraph. Footballing polymath Chris Davies has rubbed shoulders with the likes of George Best, Sir Matt Busby, Jose Mourinho and even met the Pope during the 1990 World Cup in Italy. However, to many Millwall supporters, such accomplishments fade to nothing compared to the incomparable achievement of ghost writing Alan Dunne's forthcoming autobiography "Dunne it the Hard Way" (available to pre-order on Amazon now!).

In the second half of the programme is a man whose recent performances on the pitch have been a timely reminder of just why he should be pencilling in a trip to France at the end of the season for the European Championships with the Republic of Ireland. Renaissance man David Forde will be talking about his resurgence in form between the posts and the possibility of a return visit to Wembley.

Both Chris and Fordey will be answering questions so have your phones at the ready.

The prize for this week's competition provides a heaven sent opportunity to win 10 pairs of Millwall match tickets. Club sponsors Wallis Teagan are donating the tickets for their Executive Box for Millwall's game against Port Vale on Sunday 17th January. This could be your lucky week!
