Harris pays tribute to former coach
Millwall can confirm that Andy Frampton has left the club for family reasons.
The 36-year-old played for Millwall between 2007 and 2011 but returned to the club as a coach last summer after retiring from playing duties. Since then Frampton has worked closely with the first team as well as with the club's Academy sides, and senior squad boss Neil Harris has paid tribute to his close friend and former colleague.
"Unfortunately Andy has had to leave the club because of family reasons," he told millwallfc.co.uk.
"He has done a terrific job since coming in as a coach last summer, and he will be missed, but I completely respect his decision to spend time with his family."
Elite Development Squad boss Justin Skinner has been working with the first team for each of the last three games and will continue to assist Harris and Dave Livermore for the rest of the season, the Millwall boss has also confirmed.
