David Prescott and Simon Hughes on Lions Live"Defend The Den" will be the clarion call ringing around the Lions Live studio tonight.
In the first half of Thursday night's programme Lions Live will be playing host to two of Millwall's staunchest allies in the club's bid to secure the area surrounding The Den, including its car park and Lions Centre.
David Prescott, Director of Commucan, a PR and social media consultancy, and son of the the former Deputy Prime Minister John Prescott, has been fighting Millwall's corner on a number of issues for some years now. David will be joining the Lions Live team to discuss the outcome of a meeting at Lewisham Town Hall last night.
Joining him in the studio will be another of Millwall's stalwart supporters. Often seen on matchdays at The Den, sporting his Millwall hat and scarf, former Deputy Leader of the Liberal Democrats, Sir Simon Hughes, will be bringing his considerable knowledge and political experience to bear.
Both David and Simon will be keen to hear your views as well as answer any questions raised so have your mobiles at the ready.
Postponed from last week, the second-half of the programme sees the return of former Millwall star Mark Beard.
Mark signed his first professional contract with The Lions back in 1993, but by then had already captained a group of Millwall youngsters to FA Youth Cup success. Tonight, Mark will be returning to where it all started to talk about his days at The Den.
