Injury lay-off provided a valuable lesson for Lions defender
Lions defender Sid Nelson is relieved to be back in action and admits his injury lay-off had been a 'frustrating but humbling' experience.
Nelson has been thrust back into the fold since being cleared of a knee injury, featuring in three games in six days with the senior side and is a possibility to start again against Scunthorpe with Byron Webster a doubt.
"To have three games in a week was tough, but I am glad I got through it," Nelson told millwallfc.co.uk. "I am just glad to be back playing again and making up for lost time after missing part of the season."

After a taxing start to the Christmas period, Millwall have been given a full week to prepare for Saturday's trip to the League leaders.
"We are all rested and ready to go for this one. It's been good for me to play a few games now because on Saturday against Scunthorpe we will all have to be sharp.
"We want to be climbing up that table and this match against Scunthorpe will be a good test for us. They are a very strong attacking side and we will have to be tight at the back to return home with the points."
