Gallery | Friday focus on Colchester United

1 April 2016

Little time to reflect as Millwall are back on the road again

The games are coming thick and fast now as the season heads towards the home straight with just seven matches to go for promotion-chasing Millwall.

Neil Harris' charges responded in perfect fashion to last Saturday's narrow defeat at Bradford City by producing a vibrant, purposeful performance to see off League One leaders Burton Albion barely 48 hours later.

However there was little time to reflect, and once the Burton game had finished the focus was looking forward as Millwall head to a rejuvenated Colchester United this Saturday, who themselves are in buoyant mood after breathing fresh life into their relegation battle with back-to-back wins.

Lions boss Harris and his coaching staff have been working with the group which was boosted by the return of Jimmy Abdou, Shane Ferguson and David Forde from international duty.

The focus is firmly on the weekend trip to Essex when another huge three points are up for grabs.
