Saturday's Gresty Road win captured on camera
Aiden O'Brien left Gresty Road clutching the matchball after bagging his first senior treble to set Millwall up for an excellent 3-1 away win at bottom of the table Crewe Alexandra. The 21-year-old opened The Lions' account on 21 minutes with a real poacher's goal, gobbling up an opportunity after Steve Morison's initial shot had been blocked.
Although Crewe levelled before half-time with a slightly lucky goal from Lauri Dalla Valle, O'Brien took centre stage in the second-half with two absolute pearlers to settle this match.
Having thumped home a 25-yard piledriver into the top corner on 64 minutes to put Millwall 2-1 up, O'Brien put the seal on a superb individual performance by picking off four defenders as he weaved his way into the penalty area before planting a low shot beyond the reach of Crewe keeper Ben Garratt with 16 minutes remaining.
