Plenty of fun had by all the family
This year's Junior Lions Fun Day proved to be as popular as ever with around 300 young fans and their families meeting the players and joining in some great fun activities at the Lions Centre. Zampa the Lion and Bolina were on hand to offer hugs and high fives, whilst there were plenty of great activities to get involved with including painting, inflatables, football challenges and go-karting.
The day kicked off at 11am, and by 11.30am skipper Tony Craig and the rest of the first team squad plus a healthy contingent from Millwall Lionesses, were busy getting stuck into signing autographs and posing for lots of photos with the attendees.
Once the formalities of signing autographs and photos were complete, a number of the Lions stars including Tom King, Keaton Wood and Paris Cowan-Hall - who played 'Pie Face' and ended up with his face covered in cream! - joined in with the various activities. Harvey Brown, who has won the hearts of Lions fans in recent weeks, took the opportunity to get a few more photos for the family album and is included in our special Tweets by @MillwallFC
hereDon't forget that Harvey's petition to get NHS England to provide vital funding for the drug Vimizim he needs, still needs another 1,000 signatures to hit the magic 10,000 target. Please take 10 seconds of your time and sign it
