Lions must take the positives from away successes into Saturday's match, the defender believes
Millwall's Mark Beevers insists that he and his team-mates must take the positives from their last three performances into Saturday's game against Southend United at The Den (3pm).
The Lions have won three on the bounce and know that victory over The Shrimpers could lift them into the Play-Off spots, albeit still at these very early stages of the campaign.
And Beevers, who opened the scoring during this week's victory away to Port Vale, says that confidence is high in the camp after a string of impressive displays.
"On a personal point of view it is always great to get a goal but it is more important that you get the three points and a clean sheet.
"When we didn't score after the chances we had in the first 20 minutes you feared that it might be one of those nights but we kept knocking on the door and got our rewards in the second-half.
"With the way the lads are feeling now, being high in confidence, we just need to get that home League win and things could hopefully really take off from there.
"We have got to take the positives from the last few games into Saturday and there is no reason why we can't get a win."
