Millwall face Plymouth Argyle in the U21s Cup this afternoon

8 October 2015

Lions host Pilgrims at The Den

Millwall have been drawn at home to Plymouth Argyle in the Second Round of the U21s Cup - a tie being played at The Den this Thursday afternoon at 3pm.

The young Lions were handed a bye into Round Two of the knockout competition and will be determined to not only embark on a good cup run, but also maintain a promising start to the season that has seen Justin Skinner's charges beaten just once in their first six games.

Last season Millwall were within touching distance of reaching the Quarter-Finals when Fred Onyedinma fired The Lions 1-0 ahead in extra-time of their Third Round tie at West Ham United. However, Jaanai Gordon levelled just moments later to set up a dramatic penalty shoot-out which The Hammers edged by an 8-7 scoreline.

Admission for this afternoon's game is £5 adults and £1 U16s.

Today's squad is as follows: Girling, Sandford, Parr, Chesmain, Brown, Wood, Thompson, Nelson, Mbulu, Romeo, Donovan, Farrell, Eze, Ndjoli, Pavey, Twardek.
