Boss Neil looking to strengthen his squad further
Millwall manager Neil Harris has confirmed that he is looking at bringing in another loan signing ahead of a busy spell of fixtures for his side.
The Lions boss has already added George Saville to his squad but admits that he could look to boost his numbers further with Jimmy Abdou and Ed Upson currently sidelined through injury.
Harris stopped short of confirming which position he is looking to strengthen, however, as he revealed plans to utilise everyone in his squad over the next month.
Speaking ahead of Saturday's game at home to Swindon Town, Harris said: "Players who had niggles and missed the midweek game in the Cup - Carlos Edwards, for example - come back into the thinking (this weekend) so we've got options.
"We are looking hard at maybe adding another fresh face to the squad and hopefully we will have Paris (Cowan-Hall) back for the away games coming up which will be a big boost.
"There is competition and with eight games in 28 days it is a busy period and all my players will be getting a chance to play."
Swindon's lengthy injury list going into Saturday's game leaves Harris and his coaching staff in some doubt as to how The Robins will line up in SE16 but the Millwall boss knows how to combat that.
"We do prepare in-depth for the opposition. We study them and take our time with that," he added.
"But in some instances you just have to wait until the team sheet comes in at two o'clock on a Saturday and before then just worry about ourselves.
"That's what we are doing at the moment - making sure we are ready and that we have our own house in order."
