Midfielder looking to improve match fitness in Den encounter

Millwall midfielder Ed Upson is one of three senior players set to play for the Elite Development Squad during Friday's game against Crystal Palace at The Den (kick-off 12noon).

Upson, 25, made his return from injury as a substitute in the latter stages of Tuesday's Johnstone's Paint Trophy victory over Plymouth Argyle and will be looking to increase his match fitness against The Eagles in SE16.

Wingers Lee Martin and Paris Cowan-Hall are also set to start for Justin Skinner's side, who have won six of their 11 League matches so far this season.

The team is as follows: Sandford, Romeo, Mbulu, Wood, Farrell, Cowan-Hall, Powell, Thompson, Martin, Upson, Pavey. Subs: Barton, Parr, Mulrooney-Skinner, Eze.

Tickets are priced at £5 for adults and £1 for U16s and are available right up to kick-off time. Admission is free for Junior Lions and for Junior season ticket holders.
