Skipper joins Legends squad

4 May 2015

Dunney in Den action on Tuesday (6pm)

Current Millwall skipper Alan Dunne has been drafted into the Lions Legends squad for Tuesday night's Den clash with the Heart4More XI in aid of Tobi Alabi's charity.

For once Dunney will be 'youngster' in the Millwall line-up and may find himself in the midfield engine-room as a Lions side full of quality attempts to roll back the years against Tobi's more youthful looking outfit that could feature at least one former Lion in Shaun Batt (don't bet against a transfer deal at some stage during the game when Nethers and Matt Lawrence get fed up with chasing him!).

The managerial duo of Neil ('I'll play the full 90') Harris and Dave Livermore will be in action, alongside Gary Alexander, Scott Barron, Kenny Cunningham, Danny Hockton and Robbie Ryan.

Turnstiles will open at 5pm with the game kicking off at 6pm.
Tickets can be purchased up until kick-off at the Millwall Ticket Office, online now at or via 0844 826 2004.
Prices are £7 for adults and £3 for U16s (West Stand Executive and Uper Tier seats). For more details about the charity email

Admission includes use of the lounge and bar where light snacks will also be available and after the game the players will join fans for photos and autographs (and to watch the Real Madrid v. Juventus Champions League Semi-Final on TV)

Watch out for further late additions to the Lions Legends squad.
